3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Preferred Carriers: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

8. Custom Orders and Personalized Items
